Presently, the Sambal is looking like the One Man Army. Dr. Arvind Kumar Purohit, the Visionary and the Founder is taking all the steps from writing the books, setting the Enterprise as Business and creating a platform for communication and transactions.

But he is not alone. The Samabl, or for any enterprise, two types of resources are required- Human and Material resources. The Sambal has a powerful grid of human resources who are capable of generating knowledge support in the area of traditional education and success. The circles of family, friends, and well-wishers possess eminent dignitaries like Vice-chancellors, Directors, Scientists, Professors, Teachers,Advocates, Doctors, Journalists, Sales professionals, young working men and women, experienced home makers, dashing boys and smart girls. It is the human resource that generates material resources. A seed contains the tree. Right now, the Sambal is a seed.

The country and the globe is rich in knowledge and wealth resources. It is envisioned, a camel in beginning becoming a caravan eventually.

वर्तमान समय में सम्बल एक प्रकार से “वन मैन आर्मी” की तरह दिखाई दे रहा  है। इसके दृष्टा और संस्थापक डॉ. अरविन्द कुमार पुरोहित स्वयं ही अनेक भूमिकाएँ निभा रहे हैं—पुस्तकों का लेखन, इस उद्यम को एक संगठित व्यवसाय के रूप में स्थापित करना, तथा संवाद और व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों  के लिए एक आधार भूमि  का निर्माण करने तक का काम  फिलहाल वे स्वयं ही कर रहे हैं।  हमने मज़रूह सुल्तानपुरी का यह शेर सुना है – 

मैं अकेला ही चला था जानिब-ए-मंज़िल मगर, लोग साथ आते गए और कारवाँ बनता गया। 

 किसी भी उद्यम के लिए, दो प्रकार के संसाधनों की आवश्यकता होती है—मानव संसाधन और भौतिक संसाधन।

सम्बल के संस्थापक के  साथ उनके परिवार, मित्र समुदाय और शुभ चिंतकों के रूप में   मानव संसाधनों का एक सशक्त आधार  है, जो पारंपरिक शिक्षा और सफलता के क्षेत्र में ज्ञान-समर्थन प्रदान करने में सक्षम है। परिवार, मित्रों और शुभचिंतकों के इस विस्तृत दायरे में अनेक विद्वान् और  प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्तित्व शामिल हैं—जिनमें  कुलपति, निदेशक, वैज्ञानिक, प्रोफेसर,शायर, कवि , आलोचक, साहित्यकार , संगीतज्ञ, शिक्षक, अधिवक्ता, चिकित्सक, पत्रकार, प्रबंधन विशेषज्ञ ,सेवा रत  स्त्री-पुरुष, सेवा निवृत्त सहयोगी, छात्र, छात्राएं , विद्यार्थी ,अनुभवी गृहिणियाँ, उत्साही युवक और प्रतिभाशाली युवतियाँ शामिल हैं। 

वास्तव में मानव संसाधन ही भौतिक संसाधनों का सृजन करते हैं। जिस प्रकार एक बीज के भीतर सम्पूर्ण वृक्ष की संभावना निहित होती है, उसी प्रकार वर्तमान में सम्बल  भी एक बीज के समान है, जिसमे विपुल संभावनाएं छुपी हैं। दो अशआर याद आ रहे हैं –

1. जो हमारे दिल में है वो बूझ लेंगे ख़ुद कभी

बात क्या समझाइए जो अन-कही सी है अभी

जतीन्द्र वीर यख़मी ’जयवीर

2. वक़्त आने दे दिखा देंगे तुझे ऐ आसमाँ

हम अभी से क्यूँ बताएँ क्या हमारे दिल में है

बिस्मिल अज़ीमाबादी
